Ingredients
8-9 cups of beef broth
24 frozen beef potstickers
2 cups shredded carrots
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
Directions
Pour desired about of broth into a large soup pot. Bring to a boil.
Carefully add potstickers. Add carrots. Stir.
Cook for about 3 minutes or until potstickers are soft and carrots reach desired tenderness. If you don't want any crunch on your carrots, cook them for a few minutes before adding the potstickers.
Ladle into bowls. Garnish with green onions
Serves: 4-5
***Note: Beef potstickers can easily be substituted for pork potstickers. For a healthier version, use chicken broth and chicken potstickers.
