Ingredients
1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
8oz sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 package of vegetable soup mix (I use Knorrs)
Directions
Squeeze the spinach dry with paper towels. Be sure to get all the excess water out.
Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill overnights.
