Ingredients:
3 cups old fashioned oat
1 stick of butter
4 TBSP maple syrup (or more if you like your granola sweeter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Melt the stick of butter in a saucepan. Take saucepan off the heat. Add the 4 tablespoons of maple syrup and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the melted butter. Mix until well combined.
3. In a large bowl add in the 3 cups of oats followed by the butter mixture. Use a rubber spatula to combine. Place the oat mixture on to the baking sheet, using the spatula to help you get it all out of the bowl and then to smooth over the oats on the baking sheet.
4. Bake at 365 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Place baking sheet on a cooling rack and cool for 10 minutes.
