Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (16oz) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 TBSP chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
1. Heat a skillet to medium. Brown beef in skillet. Using a slotted, metal spoon, scoop the meat into the crock pot.
2. Add all the other ingredients to the crock pot. Stir well so everything is evenly incorporated.
3. Cook on low for 10 hours.
