Ingredients
2 (32 oz) cartons of Beef Pho Broth
8 oz of rice noodles
16 oz thinly sliced beef*
Toppings**
bean sprouts
sliced jalapeños
lime wedges
hoisin sauce
sriracha
cilantro
thai basil
Directions
Boil the broth in a large pot. Add noodles and reduce to a simmer. Cook the noodles according to the package until almost tender.
Add steak. Simmer until cooked through, about 1-2 minutes.
Ladle into bowls. Place toppings in the center of the table for everyone to make to their choosing.
*If your local grocery doesn't have thinly sliced beef, you can use a small beef loin of your choosing, freeze it, and then thinly slice it yourself.
**You can use some or all of these (we prefer all!)
Servings 4 (if you like big portions or want to go back for seconds!)
