YaBasic Banana Crepe-dilla

Ingredients:

1 banana, sliced

2 flour tortillas

Cinnamon

Cooking spray


Optional Toppings:

Sliced strawberries

Berries

Chocolate sauce

Caramel Sauce

Whipped Cream

(Or whatever else your heart desires!)


Directions:

  1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium.

  2. Lay one tortilla down on the heated skillet. Place banana slices on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with other tortilla. Gently press down just a little bit.

  3. Cook until the bottom tortilla is toasty and a little crunchy, about 2-3 minutes.

  4. Carefully flip the "crepe-dilla". Gently press down again. Cook until the other side is toasty and a little crunchy as well, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. Remove "crepe-dilla" from the skillet. Use a pizza cutter to cut in fourths. Place two triangles on a plate. Eat as is, or top with any desired toppings.

Serves: 2 (or 1 if you don't want to share!)
