Ingredients
1 15.5 oz can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained BUT reserve the liquid
4 TBSP reserved chickpea/garbanzo bean liquid
2 TBSP tahini
2 TBSP olive oil
1 1/2 TBSP(ish)* of jarred minced garlic 3-4 roasted red peppers from the jar
1/4 tsp paprika
salt to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients into a small blender.
Blend until smooth
Taste - adjust as needed**
Serve or place in a sealed container and chill in the fridge
Notes:
*I hardly ever measure garlic. I usually add until my heart tells me that's enough. So you do you, and add however much garlic your heart (and tastebuds) desire.
**Everyone's taste preferences are different. You may find you need more salt, or more garlic, or more of whatever else to meet your preferred flavor and consistency.
