Ingredients:
8oz sour cream
2 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
12 white corn tortillas
8oz colby jack cheese
5-6 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1-2 4oz cans diced green chiles
1 red onion, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix sour cream and soup together. Spread a thin layer of the mix on the bottom of a 9x13 in dish, just enough to cover the bottom.
Cut tortillas in half. Layer half of the tortillas on the bottom of the dish. They will be slightly overlapping.
Put 1/2 of the remaining sour cream/soup mix over the tortillas. Next layer half of the cheese .
Add chicken, chiles, and onion. Repeat another layer with the rest of tortillas, followed by the rest of the sour cream/soup mix. Top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly
