Ingredients:
4 cups diced or shredded chicken
1/2 cup mayo
2 heaping tbsp curry powder (or to taste)
4 tbsp mango chutney
Salt to taste
Sliced bread
Directions:
Add chicken, mayo, curry powder and chutney to a bowl. Mix well using a fork. Salt to taste if needed. Fully mix in salt if added.
Refrigerate in a sealed container or serve immediately with your favorite sandwich bread.
